Chikkoli chaaval Recipe
Ingredients
Mutton chops : ½ kilo
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Small onion :
Tomato :
Potato :
Peas :
Beans :
Carrot :
the vegetables together should weigh ½ kilo
Dalda : ½ tsp
Oil : 2 tsp
Onion ( big ) : 2
Garlic : 6 pods
Maida : 150 gm
Chilli powder : ½ tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Hot water : 6 cups
Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Green chili paste : 1 tbsp
Method
Cut onion, garlic finely.
Cut all the vegetables finely.
Mix maida, chilli powder, salt, ghee, dalda, water as needed in a vessel and knead to a dough.
Roll into chappathis and cut into small squares.
Boil, mutton chops, salt, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, vegetables except tomato, 6 cups of hot water in a pan.
When the mutton and vegetables are cooked, add tomato, maida squares and boil on a low flame.
Heat oil in another frying pan.
Add onion, garlic and fry till golden.
Transfer the onion to the pan and remove the for pan from the stove.
