Kerala Ney Meen Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Neymeen-4
Pepperpowder -1tsp
Chillipowder -1tsp
Turmericpowder
Salt -1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Onion -1
Water -2tsp
Method
Clean and cut neymeen into small pieces.In a mixer add chilli powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder,onion,ginger garlic paste ,2tsp water and salt.Marinate the fish pieces with ground paste.
Keep this fish in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. After 15minutes take out from refrigerator.
Heat coconut oil in a kadai then fry ney meen one by one for 2 minutes.
When one side of fish is cooked,then turned other side and cook for 2 minutes
Now ney meen Fry is ready to serve.
