1cup - dannimm seeds
5 - red chillies
3 spoons - chenaa daal
2 spoons - aavaalu
1/2 spoon - pasupu
1/4th cup oil
1/2 spoon - hing (inguva)
Danimma Pulihora Cooking Procedure
1. After cooking rice, keep it in a dish for dry for few mintes.
2. Then grind the seeds, a little bit of liquid form.
3. After that all the ingredients are make in a kalaai for tiragamaata.
4. Then the liquide of seeds and the fryed ingrediants are mix with the rice.
5. Add salt, suitable to the rice quantity.
6. Serve hot with kotimeera.
7. Enjoy the taste with pudeena chutney
