Water - 3 cups
Fresh tomato - 2 medium, sliced
Lemongrass - 2 to 3 pieces, freshly cut
Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves, crushed
Sea salt - 2 tsp
Whole squid - 2 small
Mackerel - 1 medium
Shrimp - 1 medium
Lime juice - 5 to 6 tsp
Red chillies - 4 to 5
Fish sauce as per taste
Clean and slice the seafood
2. In a pot, add water, lemongrass, garlic and sea
salt. Bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Now add the squid and fish. Boil for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the rest of the seafood along with the lime
juice, red chillies and fish sauce. Mix well.
5. Now put in the tomato slices. Simmer for 5
minutes and remove from heat.
